2. Meg reviews & replies She confirms price, duration and deposit (human £100–£350 · synthetic £30–£70).

3. Book your appointment Once accepted, Meg adds you to the diary and sends studio details.

Hair pics: Send clear, recent photos of your hair in natural light and under the light inside your home.
Inspiration pics: Send inspiration pictures of looks you have seen and liked, so Meg has an idea of what you are wanting.
Extensions: Will you need extensions — human hair, synthetic, or none? Human hair can be dyed; synthetic is great for vivid colours that do not fade.
Amount: Full head, half head, or partial?
Filler dreads, braids or curls: Would you like temporary filler dreads, braids or curls for colour, texture or fullness?

Colours: Do you want the set to match your natural hair, or something a little different?

Length: How long would you like the set to be?

Zero tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You will be turned away — no exceptions. Your booking fee or deposit may be lost.
Booking fee: All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. If hair extensions are required, they must be paid for before your appointment.
Lateness: 10-minute grace period. After that your appointment may need to be rescheduled so other clients are not kept waiting.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours require payment of half the appointment fee before a new date can be booked. No payment, no new date.
Children: Children can only attend if booked in for a service. The studio is inside a busy tattoo shop — not a suitable place for small kids.
