Studio policy

Zero tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You will be turned away — no exceptions. Your booking fee or deposit may be lost.
Booking fee: All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. If hair extensions are required, they must be paid for before your appointment.
Lateness: 10-minute grace period. After that your appointment may need to be rescheduled so other clients are not kept waiting.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours require payment of half the appointment fee before a new date can be booked. No payment, no new date.
Children: Children can only attend if booked in for a service. The studio is inside a busy tattoo shop — not a suitable place for small kids.

Before you book maintenance

Send hair pics: Please send clear, recent photos of your dreadlocks from a few different angles. This helps Meg assess the number of dreads, their condition, and how much work will be needed before your appointment.
What do you need?: Do you want a root maintenance or a full root to tip? Choose the service that matches — Meg can advise if you are unsure.
Repairs: Do you need any repairs? This includes fixing weak spots or replacing lost extensions. Mention these when you book or email photos beforehand.
